Altyn Zhekey

Altyn Zhekey, born in Mongolia and raised in Kazakhstan, has lived an international life, residing in Russia, the US, UK, UAE, and Turkey. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Utah and Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan, as well as a master's degree in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London.

Altyn cofounded a medical diagnostic center and worked as a financial analyst for mining and road construction companies in Kazakhstan and Mongolia. She also worked at the Dubai International Financial Center and the Emirates Group as a consultant.

This upcoming summer she will join Rothschild & Co as an investment banking associate. Altyn is happily married and lives with her husband and two children. In her leisure time, she loves spending quality time with her family, traveling around the world.
