Anela Hansen

Anela holds a BA in Russian Language and Literature from BYU and brings experience from financial crimes compliance at Goldman Sachs and product design at SimpleCitizen, a YC-backed startup. Since starting the MBA, she has pursued interests in venture capital and more, interning as a Venture Associate at Campus Founders Fund, taking on an M&A internship in commercial real estate, and competing with the 2026 VCIC team. This summer, she’s in Dallas as a Corporate Venture Intern with 7-Eleven's 7-Ventures. Outside the classroom, she plays a lot of volleyball, loves her husband, and is working toward cooking a perfect steak.
