Caroline Krylborn

Prior to her MBA, Caroline spent nearly a decade as a critical care nurse in Sweden and Norway, earning a BS in Nursing from the Swedish Red Cross University, with a term at Oxford Brookes, and an MS in Acute & Critical Care from Umeå University. She later led marketing, public relations, and new initiatives for BYU Hawaii’s Willes Center for International Entrepreneurship, engaging students and partners across 75 nations. This experience sparked her interest in venture capital and entrepreneurship. During her MBA, Caroline has focused on venture capital, strategy, and healthcare innovation, interning at Nursa, a VC-backed health-tech platform, where she contributed across strategy, sales, and product to help drive company growth, and serving as VP for International Students at the Marriott School. Outside of work, she’s taking calculated risks on her motorcycle or heading outdoors, from hiking to surfing, and visiting friends and family across Europe.
