Connor Hansen

Connor Hansen is a JD/MBA candidate at Brigham Young University, specializing in alternative investments. At Cougar Capital, he supports legal strategy, deal structuring, and governance for the fund. He brings experience from J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he was a Summer Associate and recipient of the Community Engagement Award, and from Tyrus Capital in London, where he drafted deal documents for a hedge fund managing over $1B AUM. Connor has also worked in international corporate transactions with the Office of General Counsel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Auckland, New Zealand, and currently serves as an associate at a private family office advising on alternative investments, tax efficiency, and philanthropic initiatives. A native of Burley, Idaho, Connor graduated summa cum laude from BYU–Hawaii and is a credited contributor to the best-selling economics book Superabundance.
