Emily Clinger

Emily Clinger is an entrepreneur and investor with a background in design and business development. She began her career in design, creating graphics for influencers and media personalities, with work featured in collaboration with TikTok and the Grammys. As an undergraduate, she was a founding team member of a peer-to-peer marketplace app for outdoor gear before it sold 2 years later. Alongside her husband, she co-founded a planning company and later transitioned into venture capital, serving as and Investor & Director of Business Development at an early-stage fund in Utah. She spent the summer as an MBA Associate at Peterson Ventures, simultaneously stepping into her most important role yet — becoming a mother to her baby girl. Emily is currently pursuing her MBA at BYU Marriott, where she serves as Co-President of the Women in Management Club, and is building a startup in the health and wellness space.
