Jake Anderson

Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from BYU. Prior to his MBA, he worked in actuarial consulting with Milliman in their healthcare practice in Salt Lake City. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
Jake is excited to be back at BYU pursuing an MBA with an emphasis in finance. He is grateful to be part of Cougar Capital and to learn alongside such remarkable teammates.
Over the summer, Jake worked in M&A advisory at the Cicero Group in Salt Lake City, advising deals in healthcare and technology. He will be joining Cicero as an associate consultant after graduation.
Jake is a native of Salt Lake City and enjoys spending time outside with his wife and two kids, especially going on family walks and working together in the yard. His favorite hobby is mowing the lawn.
