Kristi Shaffer

Prior to pursuing her MBA, Kristi graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She went on to work in marketing at Podium, Calm.com, and AWS, and later launched her own marketing agency supporting early-stage businesses. During her MBA, she has focused on venture investing and startup strategy, interning at Salt VC, where she worked on deal sourcing, diligence, and portfolio company support, and became something of an energy drink connoisseur. Outside of work, Kristi enjoys cooking, (easy) hiking, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
